Senators goalie sustains lower-body injury against Flames @NHL

Ottawa Senators goalie Andrew Hammond left the game Friday against the Calgary Flames with a lower-body injury.

He was replaced by Chris Driedger to begin the second period after allowing a goal on four shots. Ottawa led 2-1 after the first.

The Senators on Thursday granted No. 1 goalie Craig Anderson an indefinite leave of absence for a personal matter, and Driedger was recalled from Binghamton of the American Hockey League.
