Andrew Ference and Milan Lucic got a warm reception Tuesday at their local Starbucks in Edmonton with a couple of personalized cups.
Starbucks is known for writing customers' names on beverage cups, but one barista went above and beyond, writing the nicknames of the Edmonton Oilers teammates on their cups.
Starbucks is also famous for spelling customers' names incorrectly, but Ference didn't seem to mind the cup said "Fernuckle" instead of "Ferknuckle." It's an even cooler gesture considering Lucic, nicknamed Looch, has yet to play a game for the Oilers. He signed a seven-year, $42 million contract with the team as a free agent on July 1.
