Andrew Bailey scores overtime winner as Ice defeat Rebels 3-2

CRANBROOK, B.C. - Andrew Bailey scored the overtime winner as the Kootenay Ice beat the Red Deer Rebels 3-2 in Western Hockey League action Sunday.

Steve DaSilva had a goal and two assists for the Ice (5-8-1-0), who scored all their goals on the power play. Dustin Sylvester had the other Kootenay goal, while Chad Greenan and John Negrin each had two assists.

Spencer Edwards, with his first WHL goal, and Mark Louis replied for the Rebels (4-8-3-0).

Thomas Heemskerk made 32 saves for Kootenay, while James Reimer made 30 saves for Red Deer.
