NEW YORK - Andrei Markov's season hasn't gone unnoticed. The Montreal Canadiens power-play quarterback leads all Eastern Conference defencemen in NHL all-star fan balloting.

The voting, which determines the starting lineups for the Jan. 27 NHL all-star game in Atlanta, continues through Jan. 2.
