Anderson makes 34 saves to lead the Majors over the Frontenacs 3-1 @NHL

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - Mississauga St. Michael's Majors goaltender J.P. Anderson stopped 34 shots to lead his team to a 3-1 victory over the Kingston Frontenacs on Friday night in Ontario Hockey League action.

Mississauga (15-14-4) defenceman Dylan Demelo scored the game winning goal during a second-period penalty kill and added an assist on Derek Schoenmakers' third-period goal. Spenser Cobbold also scored for the Majors while Alex Cord added two assists.

Darcy Greenaway scored the lone goal for Kingston (9-21-4) while Igor Bobkov turned aside 32 shots for the loss.

Both teams went scoreless on the power play. Mississauga had four chances while the Frontenacs had six.

Kingston's Conor Stokes was ejected from the game 5:37 into the second period for an elbow to the head of Brett Foy, who was motionless before being helped to the dressing room.
