Americans defeat Prince George 3-1 to win 30th home game of season @NHLdotcom

KENNEWICK, Wash. - Jarrett Toll, Lane Werbowski and Mitch Fadden all scored goals as the Tri-City Americans beat the Prince George Cougars 3-1 on Sunday night to record their franchise-best 30th win on home ice in WHL action.

The U.S. Division champion Americans (49-19-0-3) also reached the 100-point plateau for just the second time in team history. They have one home game remaining.

Jason Reese added a pair of assists, while Fadden and Taylor Procyshen each had one. Rookie netminder Brett Martyniuk finished with 16 saves.

Prince George (25-44-0-3) affiliate goalie Michael Salmon stopped 39 shots in his WHL debut, while Tyler Halliday scored the Cougars' lone goal.
