Alex Pietrangelo has five points as Niagara beats Sudbury 7-4 @NHLdotcom

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Alex Pietrangelo had three goals and two assists as the Niagara IceDogs defeated the Sudbury Wolves 7-4 in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday.

Luca Caputi added two goals in front of 2,359 fans at Jack Gatecliff Arena Sunday. Barry Sanderson and Jordan Foreman also scored for Niagara (3-1-0).

Kevin Baker, Stephen Miller, Matt Dias and Jared Staal replied for the Wolves (0-5-0).

The IceDogs, who outshot Sudbury 52-29, moved into first place in the Eastern Conference Central Division with the win.
