A.J. Jenks scores winner for Plymouth as Whalers down Greyhounds 5-4

SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont. - A.J. Jenks scored the game-winner early in the third for Plymouth as the Whalers fought off the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds 5-4 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday.

Garrett Meurs and Jamie Devane each added a goal and an assist for Plymouth (15-12-0), while Mylers McCauley and Tyler Seguin also scored. Josh Brittain added two assists.

Dylan King, with a goal and an assist, Daniel Catenacci, Vern Cooper and Jake Carrick replied for the Greyhounds (14-12-2).

Matt Hackett made 38 saves to pick up the win.

Robin Lehner allowed four goals on 16 shots in the Greyhounds' net before being replaced by Bryce O'Hagan, who finished with 11 saves.
