3/19/16: After a coach's challenge, video review confirms the call on the ice that the Wild's skater was not offside, resulting in a goal

  • 03:01 •

At 0:16 of the third period in the Hurricanes/Wild game, Carolina requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether Minnesota's Jason Zucker was off-side prior to his goal.

After reviewing all available replays and consulting with NHL Hockey Operations staff, the Linesman determined that Zucker had possession and control of the puck when he entered the attacking zone prior to the goal

Therefore the original call stands - good goal Minnesota Wild.
