CALGARY -- Michael Frolik had a hat trick, including two shorthanded goals, to help the Calgary Flames to a 7-4 win against the St. Louis Blues at Scotiabank Saddledome on Monday.

Sean Monahan had two goals, and Joe Colborne and Mark Giordano scored for the Flames (29-35-5). Dougie Hamilton and Johnny Gaudreau each had three assists.

At 11:03 of the second period in the Blues/Flames game, St. Louis requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether a Calgary player interfered with St. Louis goaltender Jake Allen prior to Mark Giordano's goal. 

After reviewing all available replays and consulting with NHL Hockey Operations staff, the Referee confirmed no goaltender interference infractions occurred before the puck crossed the goal line.
