Mats Zuccarello, RW (144) -- The right wing, who signed with the Wild on July 1, had the best points-per-game average (0.83) of his NHL career over 48 games with the New York Rangers and Dallas Stars last season. He was a great fit with Dallas on a line with mostly rookie center Roope Hintz, scoring 11 points (four goals, seven assists) in 13 playoff games. Zuccarello's ceiling may be lower with the Wild than if he stayed with the Stars, but he should still score at least 50 points in a top-six, first power-play role with valuable left wing Zach Parise and/or sleeper Ryan Donato.
Ryan Suter, D (148) -- He led the NHL in average ice time (26:42) last season and scored 47 points (seven goals, 40 assists) last season, 14th among defensemen. He has at least 40 points in six of his past seven full seasons and is a viable late-round selection with a guaranteed heavy workload and solid power-play points coverage (15 last season; 23 in 2017-18). But Suter has a moderate shots on goal output (average of 150 over past three seasons) and has been a minus player in each of the past two seasons as the Wild have gradually declined.
