All season long, NHL.com's fantasy hockey staff will have you covered with daily lineup news, production trends and injury notes from around the League. We will identify how these developments affect fantasy owners in year-long (Yahoo) and daily (DraftKings) formats.
DraftKings picks for Thursday
Value pick: Nolan Patrick, PHI ($4,200 vs. MTL): The Philadelphia Flyers rookie center is garnering attention in all fantasy formats since being moved to the second line with productive wings Wayne Simmonds ($5,200) and Jakub Voracek ($6,400). Patrick is averaging 4.0 DraftKings points per game over his past four games on that line and is easily stackable with Simmonds against the Montreal Canadiens (7 p.m. ET; NBCSP, RDS, TSN2, NHL.TV).
Spend up for: Tyler Seguin, DAL ($7,400 at CHI): The Dallas Stars center has four points (two goals, two assists), one block and 14 shots on goal (5.9 DraftKings points per game) in three games against the Chicago Blackhawks (8:30 p.m. ET; NBCSCH, FS-SW+, NHL.TV).

Value pick: Sam Reinhart, BUF ($4,000 vs. NYI): The Buffalo Sabres forward is heating up after a slow start to the season and benefiting from even-strength and power-play exposure to elite center Jack Eichel ($7,300). Reinhart has 10 points (three goals, seven assists), six on the power play, and 21 shots on goal over his past 10 games. The New York Islanders have a depleted defense and are allowing the most shots per game in the NHL (35.6).
Spend up for: Mikael Granlund, MIN ($6,200 vs. ARI): The Minnesota Wild forward has 11 points (three goals, eight assists) and 27 shots on goal over his past 10 games and has been especially valuable at home; he has 28 points (11 goals, 17 assists) in 25 such games for an average of 4.4 DraftKings points per game (3.1 on road). The Arizona Coyotes are allowing the fourth-most DraftKings points to opposing right wings.
Value pick: Duncan Keith, CHI ($4,600 vs. DAL): He's still without a goal on 124 shots on goal through 53 games, but still averaging 3.1 DraftKings points per game. He has at least 3.0 DraftKings points in six of his past seven games and is bound to eventually break out of this incredible drought. It's been a long time since Keith's DFS price was this low, so it's a great time to invest in his bounce-back appeal.
Spend up for: Erik Karlsson, OTT ($5,900 vs. NSH): The Ottawa Senators defenseman has had a rough season by his high standards, but has still been an elite DFS option at home. He has 28 points (five goals, 23 assists) in 25 such games for 4.6 DraftKings points per game (2.8 on road).

Carter Hutton, STL ($8,000 vs. COL): The St. Louis Blues goaltender has not lost consecutive starts since Nov. 24 and Dec. 1; he is 10-3-1 with a .946 save percentage and three shutouts in 17 games since. After a rare poor outing (three goals allowed on eight shots faced) against the Wild on Tuesday, Hutton will get a chance to redeem himself against the Colorado Avalanche on Thursday (8 p.m. ET; FS-MW, ALT, NHL.TV). He is 8-4-0 with a .940 save percentage and two shutouts in 14 home games (12 starts), and the Avalanche will be without top forward Nathan MacKinnon and possibly Mikko Rantanen as well.
