The 2016 World Cup of Hockey ("WCH") is an international ice hockey tournament consisting of 17 games (each, a "Game") scheduled to be played from September 17, 2016 through October 1, 2016 at Air Canada Centre located in Toronto, Ontario (the "Arena"). Tickets to WCH Games (each, a "Ticket") may be sold in a "Tournament Pass" format that will include 17 Tickets (i.e., one (1) Ticket for each Game), in other multi-Game Ticket package offerings and individually for certain Games. Tickets may be available for sale through the Ticketmaster World Cup of Hockey 2016 Account Manager website and Ticketmaster.ca (each, a "Primary Outlet").

If any Game of the WCH is not played or is otherwise cancelled for any reason, including in the event that the third WCH final game is unnecessary to determine the WCH winner, a refund will be issued to purchasers having purchased Tickets from a Primary Outlet (each, a "Primary Ticket Purchaser") as follows:

* For each Game that is cancelled, a refund, as applicable, equaling the following will be issued to the Primary Ticket Purchaser: (i) 1/17th of the price paid for a Tournament Pass; (ii) a pro rata portion of the price paid for a multi-Game Ticket package offering; or (iii) the price paid for an individual Game Ticket. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

* All refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of the original purchase from the applicable Primary Outlet. For example, if a credit card was used to make a Ticket purchase at Ticketmaster.ca, then that same credit card will be credited for any applicable refund by Ticketmaster.ca.

* Anyone purchasing a Ticket from a source other than a Primary Outlet will not be entitled to a refund from the applicable Primary Outlet. Anyone purchasing a Ticket from a source other than a Primary Outlet must seek a refund directly from the party from whom the Ticket was purchased. A Primary Outlet will only issue refunds to a Primary Ticket Purchaser.

Please note that Games may be delayed, postponed or rescheduled. In the event that a Game is delayed, postponed, or rescheduled, the right not to refund Tickets is reserved. Refunds will not be issued if a Primary Ticket Purchaser does not utilize any Tickets within the Tournament Pass or multi-Game Ticket package, except as otherwise provided herein.
