Joonas Donskoi scored at 12:18 of overtime in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final on Saturday to give the San Jose Sharks a 2-1 victory at SAP Center and cut the Pittsburgh Penguins' lead in the best-of-7 series to 2-1.
Donskoi came out from behind the Pittsburgh net and lifted a shot from the lower left circle that went over the right shoulder of Penguins goalie Matt Murray.

Donskoi became the sixth rookie in NHL history to score an overtime goal in the Stanley Cup Final, and the second in two games. Penguins rookie Conor Sheary won Game 2 on Wednesday with a goal 2:35 into overtime.
Donskoi's overtime goal was the 20th of this postseason.
