COLUMBUS - Rookie goalie Joonas Korpisalo made 33 saves to lead the Columbus Blue Jackets to a 4-2 win against the Ottawa Senators at Nationwide Arena on Saturday. 

The 62nd pick in the 2012 NHL Draft is 8-1-2 in his past 11 starts for injured goalies Sergei Bobrovsky and Curtis McElhinney.

Senators' Borowiecki leaves game

Was injured in second period against Blue Jackets @NHLdotcom

Ottawa Senators defenseman Mark Borowiecki left the game against the Columbus Blue Jackets in the second period Saturday after he was injured falling into the boards.

Borowiecki left the ice with assistance at 10:56 of the period after he and Blue Jackets forward Brandon Saad were chasing the puck in the corner. Borowiecki lost his balance and hit the boards; he left the ice with a towel over the right side of his face.

Borowiecki, 26, has one goal and one assist in 57 games this season.

COLUMBUS - Ottawa Senators rookie forward Ryan Dzingel will feel at home against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday at Nationwide Arena. 

Dzingel played there twice against the University of Michigan during his three seasons at Ohio State University from 2011-14 and will have family and friends cheering for him Saturday. Among them will be his mother, two siblings and an aunt. His father could not travel from their home in Wheaton, Ill., because of knee surgery.
