Tallinder Released From PTO, Bibeau Assigned To Marlies

The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Monday that the hockey club has reduced its training camp roster by two players. Toronto’s current roster (listed below) now stands at 29 players (18 forwards, nine defencemen and two goaltenders).
Defenceman Henrik Tallinder has been released from his Professional Try Out contract and goaltender Antoine Bibeau has been assigned to the American Hockey League’s Toronto Marlies.
The Maple Leafs continue their preseason schedule with a 7:30 p.m. game tonight at Joe Louis Arena against the Detroit Red Wings. The game will be aired live on Leafs TV and TSN 1050.
