Leafs Recall Justin Pogge From Marlies

The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Wednesday that goaltender Justin Pogge has been recalled from the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League (AHL). In other roster news, defenceman Jonas Frogren and forward Andre Deveaux have been assigned to the Marlies.


 Both of Pogge's earlier starts for the Maple Leafs in 2008-09 have come on the road (December 22 and January 27) and he has a record of 1-1-0. In 34 AHL games this season he has a record of 16-14-4 with a 2.63 goals against average and a save percentage of .898.

Deveaux appeared in 20 games for the Maple Leafs since his recall on November 26 and he leads the team with 75 minutes in penalties. Frogren has a goal and four assists in 27 games this season with the Maple Leafs.
