The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Wednesday that forward Andre Deveaux has been recalled under emergency conditions from the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.
Deveaux has played in 20 games for the Leafs this season and has registered one assist and 75 penalty minutes. He made his NHL debut on November 27 at Ottawa and recorded his first NHL point on December 23 against Dallas.
In 28 games with the Marlies he has tallied 19 points on 11 goals and eight assists, along with 108 penalty minutes. He has recorded seven powerplay goals and has earned a plus-two (+2) rating with the Marlies.
