(TORONTO) -- The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Tuesday that forwards Ben Ondrus and Kris Newbury have been assigned to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League. Forwards Nik Antropov and Alexei Ponikarovsky have been activated from Injured Reserve and are expected to play this evening when the Maple Leafs play the Tampa Bay Lightning on the road.

He was one of two Marlies selected on January 9 to play in the 2007 AHL All-Star Game which will be held January 29 at Toronto's Ricoh Coliseum.
