: Monday was a day everyone in Toronto will want to soon forget. The Maple Leafs were simply dominated in every facet of their game against the Boston Bruins at TD Garden in an 8-0 loss. Fifteen different Bruins registered a point as they outscored the Leafs 36-10 in a six-game, season-series sweep.
"We can't really point to any one thing right now that we did well. As a coaching staff we have to take responsibility because we didn't prepare the hockey club properly to go out and compete," Leafs coach Randy Carlyle said. "That's the reality of the situation.
