The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Thursday that the hockey club has loaned forward Jerry D’Amigo to the Kitchener Rangers of the Ontario Hockey League.

D’Amigo, 19, has played in 41 games for the American Hockey League’s Toronto Marlies this season. He has collected 14 points on five goals and nine assists, along with 23 penalty minutes. He also represented the United States and won a bronze medal at the 2011 World Junior Hockey Championships. In six games he scored one goal and added an assist.

The Toronto Marlies next game is on Wednesday, February 9 when they host the Connecticut Whale (AHL affiliate of the New York Rangers) at Ricoh Coliseum.
