Leafs Challenge Fans to Donate Food at March 29 Game, Campbell's to Match Donation

"WHO: The Toronto Maple Leafs challenge their fans to team-up with Campbell's Soup Company Ltd to deliver a big win for The Daily Bread Food Bank .

WHAT: Campbell's and the Leafs want to bring some of that 'Mmm! Mmm! Good!'-ness to those in need by hosting a food drive before the March 29 Leafs versus Washington game. For every non-perishable food item donated by fans, Campbell's will match the donation pound for pound.

WHY: The Daily Bread Food Bank is always in need of donations with more than 155,000 people rely on food relief programs each month and 40% are children.

WHAT'S NEEDED: Canned soup, canned fish, baby formula, baby food, rice, pasta, canned stew and beans, canned fruit and veggies, pasta sauce.

WHEN: Saturday, March 29, pre-game (Gates at 6 p.m., puck-drop at 7 p.m.)

WHERE: Air Canada Centre, 40 Bay Street, Toronto Collection will take place in the Blue Route (between Union Station and Air Canada Centre) and bins located at the gates.press_releases
