by Staff Writer / Toronto Maple Leafs
The Toronto Maple Leafs announced their 2003-04 preseason schedule Wednesday, featuring home games versus three divisional rivals in the Montreal Canadiens, the Ottawa Senators and the Buffalo Sabres.

The Maple Leafs will play a total of 11 preseason games, including three against Finnish and Swedish League teams, after the Maple Leafs hold their training camp in Sweden beginning September 12.

This is the first time the Maple Leafs will train outside of North America. Of the remaining games, four take place at Air Canada Centre. The Maple Leafs will also host the Senators at Mile One Stadium in St. John's, Nfld. September 27.

Toronto concludes its preseason schedule with a home-and-home series against its Original Six rival, the Detroit Red Wings.

All preseason games will be broadcast live on Leafs TV.
