Hanson Assigned To Marlies

The Toronto Maple Leafs assigned forward Christian Hanson to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League on Sunday. He joined the Leafs from the Marlies on November 24 and a
ppeared in six NHL games this season and recorded one assist (November 27 at Florida) to go along with four penalty minutes.

Hanson, 23, registered 18 points (8 goals, 10 assists) with 15 penalty minutes in 18 games with the Marlies thus far in 2009-10.

The Marlies continue their four-game homestand when they host Chicago, AHL affiliate of the Atlanta Thrashers, on Friday night at 7 p.m at Ricoh Coliseum. For 2009-10 Marlies ticket information, including season ticket packages and group seats, visit or call the team’s ticket line at 416-597-PUCK.
