Gunnarsson Takes Part In Practice On Monday

The Maple Leafs took to the ice at the MasterCard Centre For Hockey Excellence on Monday as they get set to host the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday.

Defenceman Carl Gunnarsson was on the ice taking part in his first full practice after missing the past 21 games with an elbow injury. The news wasn't the same for Mike Komisarek who wasn't on the ice on Monday. After Saturday's game, head coach Ron Wilson said that Komisarek could be out of the lineup for another week to 10 days.

During his post-practice media scrum, Wilson said that a player from the Marlies will called up for the game on Tuesday.
