The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Sunday that defenceman Petter Granberg and goaltender Antoine Bibeau have been reassigned to the Toronto Marlies (AHL).
Granberg, 22, has been held pointless in three regular season games with the Maple Leafs this season. The Gallivare, Sweden native has played 29 regular season games with the Toronto Marlies, collecting seven points (one goal, six assists).
Bibeau, 20, has yet to make his NHL debut. In 20 games with the Toronto Marlies this season, the Victoriaville, Quebec native has a record of 8-7-5 with a 2.58 goals against average and 0.917 save percentage.
The Maple Leafs return to the ice on Tuesday night when they host the New York Rangers at 7:30 p.m. The Marlies next game is on Friday night when they travel to Hamilton (AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens) for a 7:30 p.m. game against the Bulldogs.
