TAMPA, Fla. – Despite coming back from a two-goal deficit and taking the game to overtime, the Tampa Bay Lightning were unable to hold off the New Jersey Devils in Game 4 of their Eastern Conference Quarter-Finals series. Playing in the first overtime game of the series, the Lightning dropped a 4-3 decision to the Devils in the second of back-to-back games at the St. Pete Times Forum.

Although the Devils skated into the second period with a 2-1 lead on goals by Brian Gionta and leading-scorer Zach Parise, the Lightning's top duo of Martin St. Louis and Vincent Lecavalier scored a pair of goals in the second period to tie the game at three.

The teams return to New Jersey to continue their first round series on Friday, April 20 (7:00p.m., Sun Sports, 620 WDAE) at Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford. With their Game 4 victory the Devils send the series back to New Jersey tied at two wins apiece.
