The Lightning cap their homestand with a clash against the rival Florida Panthers on Saturday at 7 p.m.

The Lightning and the Panthers are playing the final game of their four-game regular season series and the second of two games this season at AMALIE Arena...Each team has won on home ice in the previous three matchups this season...The Panthers have won the last two meetings, picking up a 2-1 overtime victory Jan. 26 when former Bolt Jonathan Marchessault netted the game-winner 1:49 into the extra session and also earning a 3-1 win Nov. 7, both victories coming at BB&T Center...Tampa Bay scored a 4-3 shootout win Oct. 18 the last time it hosted Florida at AMALIE Arena, Brayden Point netting the first game-winner of his career after converting in the sixth round of the shootout...The Lightning are 6-1-1 at home vs. Florida since the start of the 2013-14 season and are 30-21-6 with six ties all-time at home against the Panthers...The Bolts are 51-51-13 with 10 ties all-time overall against Florida.


The Lightning have picked up points in five of their last six games (4-1-1 over that stretch) and 12 of their last 14 games (9-2-3 over that stretch)...Since Feb. 4, Tampa Bay owns the third-best points percentage in the NHL (.750) behind only Chicago (.846) and Calgary (.808)...The Lightning scored their league-leading 51st power-play goal on Thursday...With 16 games remaining in the regular season, the Bolts already have more power-play goals this season than they put up in four of the previous five seasons (only 2014-15 when they netted 52 did they score more)...The Lightning own the league's fourth-ranked power play (22.3%) and rank second in the NHL for power-play opportunities with 229 (first: Dallas - 230).

Tampa Bay forward Nikita Kucherov netted two goals and an assist March 9 vs. MIN for his fourth multi-point game over his last eight contests...Kucherov has recorded nine goals and eight assists over his last eight games and has notched at least a point in seven of the last eight games...Kucherov matched his career high for goals he set in 2015-16 after scoring his 30th goal of the season (an empty-netter) at 18:51 of the third period on Thursday...Kucherov ranks tied for seventh in the NHL for goals...Kucherov pulled into a tie with Chris Gratton for eighth place among the Bolts' all-time goal leaders.

Kucherov matched his career high for points he set in 2015-16 after recording his 66th point of the season on his empty-net goal Thursday...Kucherov ranks 10th in the NHL for scoring (30-36--66)...Since Feb. 26, Kucherov (7-5--12) leads the NHL for points...Kucherov has recorded four four-point games this season, more than any other NHL player (had 0 four-point games coming into this season)...Kucherov leads the Bolts for plus-minus (+12), and since the start of the 2014-15 season, Kucherov is +59, ranking third in the NHL over that span.
