TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Lightning today announced their newly-formed brand ambassador team, the Bolts Blue Crew, presented by Orangetheory Fitness, which will combine the talents of both the Lightning Girls and the Bolt Brigade. The Bolts Blue Crew will consist of both enthusiastic men and women, with tryouts being held on September 8 at AMALIE Arena.

"This new team of brand ambassadors will carry on the legacy of the Lightning Girls and Bolt Bridge, both of which have been engaging Lightning fans for over a decade," Lightning chief executive officer Steve Griggs said. "In continuing with our mission, the Bolts Blue Crew will serve as an extension of the team's brand in the community, at live events and at AMALIE Arena for all home games. We are continually evaluating and looking for ways to elevate our fan engagement strategies and live event experiences and are excited about this new and energetic group of spokespeople."
