Lightning announce 2021-22 Opening Night roster

Bolts will open the season with 14 forwards, seven defensemen and two goaltenders

TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Lightning have finalized their 2021-22 opening night roster, vice president and general manager Julien BriseBois announced today.
The Lightning's opening night roster includes 14 forwards, seven defensemen and two goaltenders. The Bolts assigned defensemen Fredrik Claesson and Andrej Sustr to the Syracuse Crunch (AHL) this afternoon.
Below is the full roster:

Forwards:Pierre-Edouard Bellemare, Anthony Cirelli, Ross Colton, Mathieu Joseph, Boris Katchouk, Alex Killorn, Nikita Kucherov, Pat Maroon, Ondrej Palat, Corey Perry, Brayden Point, Taylor Raddysh, Gemel Smith, Steven Stamkos
Defensemen: Zach Bogosian, Erik Cernak, Cal Foote, Victor Hedman, Ryan McDonagh, Jan Rutta, Mikhail Sergachev
Goaltenders:Andrei Vasilevskiy, Brian Elliott
