Just when you thought the Tampa Bay Lightning were finally completely healthy, the injury bug hits yet again.

Ondrej Palat, the last remaining player on Tampa Bay's injury report, returned to the Lightning lineup for Tuesday's divisional showdown with Toronto at AMALIE Arena after missing the previous 26 games with a lower-body injury. But late in the first period, Bolts alternate captain Ryan Callahan was wrestled to the ground by the Maple Leafs' Josh Leivo and came up holding the area around his right chest/shoulder.
Callahan immediately skated off the ice and headed down the tunnel toward the locker room. The team later confirmed Callahan would not return to the game with an upper-body injury.
Leivo and Callahan were given matching roughing minors on the play. Adam Erne served Callahan's penalty.
Callahan has played 62 games for the Lightning this season, registering four goals and 11 assists. He missed eight games with an upper-body injury from December 16 to January 2 but has been relatively healthy this season after an injury-plagued 2016-17 kept him out of 64 games.
