Lightning To Host Martin St Louis Auction Night March 15

by Staff Writer / Tampa Bay Lightning

TAMPA BAY The Tampa Bay Lightning will host Martin St. Louis Auction Night on March 15 when they take on the New York Rangers at the St. Pete Times Forum at 7:30 p.m. (Sun Sports, AM 620 WDAE).

The Lightning Foundation will conduct a silent auction – also benefiting The Garth Brooks Teammates for Kids Foundation and The Village at Everyday Blessings - behind section 122 during the game. A large variety of autographed pictures and game-used memorabilia will be included in the auction. The high bidder on each item, along with two guests, will gain access to a post-game meet and greet with St. Louis.

The Lightning Foundation is dedicated to the support of local organizations that enrich the lives of those living throughout the Tampa Bay community. In gratitude for the support and passion of our community, the Foundation will focus its unique resources to advance amateur hockey and educational enrichment opportunities for children, along with medical research and treatment for those in need. Our "GOAL" is to make Tampa Bay a better place to live, work and play!

Through a team built with integrity and in partnership with professional athletes, celebrities, organizations, and fans, the Teammates for Kids Foundation, co-founded in 1999 by Garth Brooks, exists to develop and implement innovative concepts that generate funds for the benefit of children's charities.

The mission of The Village at Everyday Blessings is to find homes for children - homes where they are wanted, homes that will provide them with safety, stability and permanency.
