TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Lightning announced today that single-game tickets for the upcoming 2014-15 regular season will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 5. Fans can get an exclusive pre-sale opportunity before the general public by signing up for the free Lightning Insider e-mail newsletter. General on-sale tickets will be available online at www.tampabaylightning.com, by phone at 800.745.3000 or in person at the McDonald’s Ticket Office at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
This season the Lightning will continue their dynamic pricing structure which allows the team to continually re-adjust ticket prices up or down based on market demand. Ticket prices will start as low as $15 per ticket, applicable taxes may apply.
The Lightning will kick their 2014-15 season off with three consecutive games at the Times Forum, beginning with their home opener on October 9 versus the Panthers. The Lightning host 13 home games in the first two months of the season, featuring games against the Montreal Canadiens, Philadelphia Flyers, San Jose Sharks and New York Rangers. Tampa Bay will play six consecutive home games beginning on March 14 against the Winnipeg Jets, which is the Lightning’s longest homestand of the season. The Bolts will finish the regular season with three home games in a row, including their season-finale matchup against the Boston Bruins on Saturday, April 11. Twelve of the Lightning’s final 19 games will be played at the Times Forum.
Fans can ensure they catch all the action in 2014-15 by becoming a Lightning Season Ticket Member or by joining the Lightning’s new exclusive Blue Line Club. This new club and its amenities will be offered to full Season Ticket Members (STM’s) sitting above row K in sections between the blue lines for all games next season. Blue Line Club members will receive a replica Steven Stamkos third jersey (one per seat), VIP garage parking (one for every four season tickets), a $10 concession credit per seat ($440 for the season) which will be pre-loaded on a special season ticket member ID card.
