Lightning set to host family night at Wiregrass December 13

TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Lightning announced today that it will host Lightning Family Night at Wiregrass for all fans throughout the Bay Area at The Shops at Wiregrass, located at 28211 Paseo Dr. in Wesley Chapel, on Tuesday, December 13 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Lightning fans are encouraged to arrive promptly at the start of the event to participate in a question and answer session with Lightning alumni, as well as current players Bruno Gervais, Dana Tyrell and Tom Pyatt. The Bolts will also share their fondest Christmas memories and favorite holiday traditions with those in attendance. In addition, the Lightning Foundation will host several guests from Wiregrass’ 12 Days of Giving, who will be presented with surprise gifts from the Lightning players.

Among the additional activities for those to enjoy at the event are inflatables, live music, a Christmas tree lighting ceremony and the chance for fans and Lightning employees to join in singing Christmas carols with the Double Branch Elementary School Choir. Fans will also receive the opportunity to score giveaways, prizes and the chance to purchase Vinny Holiday 4-Packs. Thunderbug, the Lightning Girls, Bolt Brigade and Rolling Thunder will also be present at the event to usher in all the excitement of the holiday season.
