INDIVIDUAL TICKETS TO 3 HOME PRESEASON GAMES TO GO ON SALE THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1
Individual tickets for the 2004 Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning's 40 regular season home games (excluding opening night) go on sale Saturday, September 10, at 11 a.m. Additionally, tickets for the Lightning's three preseason home games (Sept. 24 vs. Florida, 7:30 p.m.; Sept. 25 vs. Buffalo, 5 p.m.; Sept. 30 vs. Carolina; 7:30 p.m.) will go on sale Thursday, Sept. 1 at 10 a.m.
Due to the high demand for season ticket plans and mini-plans, no Plaza Level (100) or Club Level (200) seats are available for individual games. Terrace Level (300) seats will be available and are priced at $19, $44, $59 and $68 (excluding tax & surcharges). Plaza and Club Level seats for the 2005-06 season can still be secured through season ticket plans and mini-plans.
Preseason and regular season individual game tickets can be purchased at the McDonald's Box Office at the St. Pete Times Forum and all Ticketmaster outlets. To order tickets by phone, call Ticketmaster at 813.287.8844 or 727.898.2100. Also, fans can go online to tampabaylightning.com to purchase the single game seats.
While good seats can still be purchased through Lightning ticket plans, individual tickets for the October 5 opening night vs. the Carolina Hurricanes (7:30 p.m.) will only be available through a lottery. On that special evening the Lightning will raise three championship banners commemorating the unforgettable 2003-04 season. Approximately 1,000 seats will be made available.
One application per person is being accepted either over the phone at 813.301.6600 or via email through tampabaylightning.com. The Lightning will accept applications through September 10 (applications to be accepted all day at IceFest) and winners will be notified via phone or email beginning September 19.
