Lightning Hockey Night

Lightning Hockey Night, the Tampa Bay Lightning weekly radio show, will be on the air Wednesday night on AM 620 WDAE from 7-8 p.m.

Wednesday's show will feature hosts Rick Peckham, the Lightning television play-by-play announcer, and former Lightning forward Chris Dingman. Dingman was part of the Lightning team that hoisted the Stanley Cup in 2004.

Lightning forward Martin St. Louis will call in at 7:15 p.m. to talk about the upcoming season and his preparations for training camp.  Joining the program at 7:30 p.m. will be new Lightning assistant coach Wes Walz.  Walz, a veteran of 13 seasons in the NHL, played in 607 career games with Boston, Philadelphia, Calgary, Detroit and Minnesota.  He recorded 109 career goals, 260 points and 14 shorthanded goals.  He was known as a defensive specialist, amassing a plus-23 rating for his career.
