Lightning Hockey Night

Lightning Hockey Night, the Tampa Bay Lightning weekly radio show, will be broadcasting live this Wednesday from WingHouse of Lakeland. The show airs from 7-8 p.m. with the party starting at 6 p.m. Lightning fans can join in the fun and festivities with ThunderBug and the Lightning Girls as they will be on-site with prizes and giveaways.


Wednesday's show will feature hosts Rick Peckham, the Lightning's television play-by-play announcer, and former Lightning forward Chris Dingman. Chris played in Tampa Bay for four seasons and was a part of the 2004 Stanley Cup Championship season. Rick and Chris will talk to Tampa Tribune writer Erik Erlendsson about his time spent with the Stamkos family, as well as his experience at the NHL Combine last weekend.


Fans are encouraged to stop by for the show to talk Lightning hockey. They can sign up and enter to win an autographed Vincent Lecavalier hockey stick, as well as two pairs of tickets to the Cinderella, Warrant, Lynch Mob and Lynam concert July 25 at the Forum. Seen Stamkos? T-shirts will also be raffled off.
