Lightning And The Lightning Foundation Team With Grow Financial Credit Union For Military Night Out

by Staff Writer / Tampa Bay Lightning

The Tampa Bay Lightning and the Lightning Foundation will host Military Night Out, presented by Grow Financial Credit Union, on November 12 when the Lightning face off against the Minnesota Wild at 7:30 p.m. at the St. Pete Times Forum (Sun Sports, AM 620 WDAE).

In observance of Veterans Day, the Military Night Out program is designed to honor and reward our heroes for the work they do at home and abroad. Each game, one serviceman or woman receives special recognition, but on this special night, the Lightning would like to take the opportunity to thank as many as we can for their service to our country and for helping to maintain our freedoms.

Members of the community can show their support for the event by purchasing a variety of special ticket packages through the Lightning Foundation. All sponsor levels provide tickets for our Bay Area armed forces members to attend the game. As a Military Night Out sponsor, Lightning fans will also receive recognition on Lightning Vision during the game. As vital members of the Tampa Bay community, the Lightning organization is hopeful that Bolts fans will choose to join us in our effort to salute our troops and allow them the opportunity to experience exciting Tampa Bay Lightning hockey.
