A blue carpet walk with players will start at 4 p.m. on Ford Thunder Alley. Popular local band Have Gun, Will Travel will play on the main stage in Ford Thunder Alley while ThunderBug and Lightning Girls meet and greet fans.
There will be plenty of food and beverage on Ford Thunder Alley as well. Leading the charge to reduce food insecurity in the Bay Area, the Give & Grub food truck will be on hand. As Championship Partners, the Lightning and Laser Spine Institute will serve a gourmet menu through Give & Grub with items named after Lightning personnel. They will also donate a meal to a hungry child in the Tampa Bay community for every meal sold from the food truck. The Hott Mess food truck will also be on hand. New for the 2014-15 season, fans will also be able to experience the new Corona Beach Bar on Ford Thunder Alley.
Fans will be able to pick up the newest in Lightning gear at the new Tampa Bay Sports, powered by Reebok, merchandise trailer. There will also be face painting, balloon artists and stilt-walkers for kids.

Local chain PDQ, a fast, casual dining restaurant that specializes in fresh hand-battered chicken tenders, will be opening a new concession outside of section 102 at Amalie Arena for the 2014-15 season.
Mr. Empanada, Tacos Trueno, Anthony’s Italian Sandwich, Deli and Stir Fry and a carving station will be new offerings around the arena. Additionally, a new portable concession stand on the 100 Level will feature fresh, hand-rolled sushi for fans

Subway Student Rush
The Tampa Bay Lightning is proud to offer the Subway Student Rush ticket program for all 2014-15 home games at Amalie Arena.
Students must present a valid student ID and wait in line 30 minutes prior to the start of the game to be eligible. Five minutes before puck drop, eligible students will have an opportunity to get the best available seats (upper or lower level) for just $20 per person.

The 50/50 Raffle pot is split in half between the winner and the Lightning Foundation. All proceeds from the Lightning Foundation’s half is distributed back to the Tampa Bay community through various community initiatives.
