Q: When is the Bolts Family Carnival?

A: The Bolts Family Carnival is scheduled for Sunday, January 18, 2015 from 1 pm- 5 pm at Amalie Arena (401 Channelside Dr., Tampa, FL 33602)

Q: How much are admission tickets?

A: Premium Pass-admission from 1 pm- 5pm and 6 vouchers - $40

General Pass- admission from 3 pm- 5 pm and 4 vouchers -$30

Kid Pass (12 & under)- $15

Kids under 2 years old are FREE

Q: Besides tickets, what items can I pre-purchase?

A: Stanley Cup photo opportunities, select player photograph/autograph opportunities, event parking, and additional gaming vouchers.

Q: What if I pre-purchase a Photo Opportunity for a player who is traded, injured, or otherwise unable to attend the Carnival?

A: In the event a player is traded, injured, or unable to attend the Carnival, the pre-sold Photo Opportunity may either be used for the scheduled replacement player or exchanged for Carnival vouchers that can be used at gaming locations throughout the Carnival. Please check BoltsFamilyCarnival.com for a complete update on player availability, as vouchers cannot be accepted at activities that are sold out.

Q: How far in advance can I get in line for my activity ticket?

A: In an effort to give our fans a better experience at the Carnival, those with pre-purchased activity vouchers will be able to get in line no more than 5-10 minutes prior to their ticket time.

Q: With my autograph ticket, how many items may I get signed?

A: You may get two (2) Tampa Bay Lightning items signed.

Q: How many people can get in a photo during a Photo Opportunity?

A: Due to spacing concerns, we kindly ask that no more than 4-6 people are in your party for a photograph.

Q: Do you have accommodations for individuals with disabilities?

A: Yes, we do. We make wheelchairs available for pick up at Guest Services, Section 101 on the Promenade Level. Those guests needing assistance should report there upon entering Amalie Arena.

Q: Do I have to have an admission ticket to purchase any of the Photo Opportunities?

A: Yes, all Bolts Family Carnival experiences must have an admission ticket in order to be admitted into Amalie Arena on the day of the Carnival.

Q: Do I have to pay for parking on the day of the Carnival?

A: If you pre-purchased parking, you will be mailed a parking voucher to be used in the South Regional Garage on Sunday, January 18th 2015.

On-site payments will also be accepted for parking around the Arena the day of the Carnival.

Q: Do you have a map of the Carnival layout?

A: An updated map will be made available as we get closer to the event.
