by Staff Writer / Los Angeles Kings
STOCKTON, Calif. – The Ontario Reign, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings, lost 7-2 to the Stockton Thunder before 5,395 at Stockton Arena Friday night.

The Reign's Shawn Collymore led off the scoring, as he broke through the Thunder defense while four-on-four and beat Bryan Pitton for his ninth goal of the season.  The Thunder took a 3-1 lead before Jordan Morrison tallied his tenth goal of the season with a one-timer over Pitton's glove to make it 3-2.

That was as close as the Reign would get, as Stockton scored four goals in the third period to beat the Reign by a final score of 7-2.

Beau Erickson made 25 saves in his first loss in five games.  Pitton made 21 saves in the win.

Tonight’s three stars were:
1) STK – Fraser Clair
