Ontario: Jordan Nolan Bobblehead Night!

by Staff Writer / Los Angeles Kings

This season the Ontario Reign are proud to recognize the accomplishments of two former players who in June 2012 hoisted the iconic Stanley Cup with the Los Angeles Kings; Jordan Nolan and Dwight King.

To honor the Stanley Cup Champion Reign alumni, Jordan Nolan and Dwight King, the Reign will have two bobblehead giveaways this season sponsored by Unleash Solar. The first is the Jordan Nolan giveaway on Saturday, Jan. 5 when the Reign take on the Alaska Aces at 6:00 p.m.

Nolan made his professional debut on April 1 in Las Vegas when he laced up with the Reign at the end of the 2009-10 season. While in the ECHL he appeared in three games for Ontario earning two points (1g, 1a). The St. Catharines, Ontario native would continue to play in the Los Angeles Kings’ system spending the next two seasons with their AHL affiliate, Manchester Monarchs.

About halfway through the 2011-12 season Nolan was called-up to play for the Kings and skated in 26 games recording four points (2g, 2a) in the regular season, and two points (1g, 1a) in 20 post-season appearances on the Kings road to their Stanley Cup victory.

This season Nolan is back with the Monarchs.
