The Los Angeles Kings have teamed up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation for “Kings For Wishes”. For each Kings shot on goal during their game against the St. Louis Blues tomorrow night (Thursday), the Kings Care Foundation will be donating $50 to the Make a Wish Foundation to assist with granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
The Kings also partner with the Make-A-Wish Foundation for the “Star of the Month,” which serves as a “wish enhancement” for children who are faced with life-threatening medical conditions. Participants receive the “royal treatment” which includes tickets, dinner in the arena club, Kings jersey and exclusive in-game experiences.
The Kings-Blues game is a start of a four-game homestand. Tomorrow’s game begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on FS West, AM 1150 KTLK and along the Kings Radio Network. The Kings will host Minnesota Saturday at 1 p.m., San Jose Monday at 7:30 p.m. and the New York Rangers next Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
