The 20th annual LA Kings Golf Tournament, benefitting Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), took place on Monday at Palos Verdes Golf Club.
The Kings charity golfing event was attended by all Kings players, notable alumni and local and national brands.
There was gifting, entertainment and unparalleled access to Kings personalities at every turn.
Each hole included a product or gifts from brands such as Knotts Berry Farm, Jack Black, Real Time Pain Relief, Keck Medicine of USC, Ontario Reign, LA Galaxy, Coca-Cola, Anheuser Busch and Pernod Ricard.
Marley, a special guest from CHLA, spent the day playing 18 holes with Alex Iafallo.
She is now an avid golfer and was recognized at the event for overcoming Sickle Cell Disease after receiving treatment at CHLA.
During the dinner program, the Kings announced a new three-year $450,000 commitment to CHLA to benefit the departments of Pathology and Neurosurgery.
These funds will be used by the Department of Neurosurgery to refine diagnostics and explore new, non-surgical treatment methods for Hydrocephalus. The Department of Pathology will upgrade its equipment and deploy a new mobile blood van with Kings wrapping.
The tournament was sponsored by Coyote Promotions, Executive Transportation Services, BULK Jerky, DSM Luxury Brands and adidas.
