The LA Kings, in conjunction with adidas, unveiled a new adidas adizero Authentic NHL team jersey: The LA Kings Silver Jersey.
The Kings Silver Jersey is a foundational brand jersey and is one of three permanent adidas adizero Authentic NHL team jerseys moving forward.
The Kings Silver Jersey is now available for purchase at the Team LA Store inside STAPLES Center and online at the Team LA Store and shop.NHL.com.
"We are thrilled to introduce the adidas adizero Authentic NHL Silver Jersey to our jersey collection," said Kings President and Hockey Hall of Famer Luc Robitaille. "The LA Kings Silver Jersey draws inspiration from our recent 50th Anniversary season, our connection to the city of Los Angeles and our historic achievements performing on the ice for our loyal fans."
"We feel our new Silver Jersey will quickly become a favorite item our fans will love to wear, and our players will love to play in as their specific feedback during this process has been overwhelmingly positive."

What's special about the Silver Jersey is some of the players were able to offer their input regarding the design.
"We all care about the jerseys we wear, but players don't always get to give any input," Kings defenseman Drew Doughty said. "With the new silver jersey, guys on the team were able to do that. We picked these jerseys."
The Kings will wear the new Silver Jersey for the first time on November 24 when the team hosts the Vancouver Canucks at STAPLES Center. It will be the first of 14 games this season that the Kings will wear the jersey -- 12 of those 14 games will be on Saturdays at STAPLES Center as part of the new Hockey Night in Los Angeles broadcasts and two games will be on the road in late December.
Each of the three official Kings jerseys reflect the club's official team colors and the new jersey was partially designed to help harken back to the franchise's origins as the Kings continue to celebrate the team's 50-plus year history in Los Angeles.

Similar to the Kings' 50th Anniversary Jersey, which was unveiled two years ago, the new adidas adizero Authentic NHL Kings Silver Jersey features striping along the arms that represent the franchise's two Stanley Cup Championships.
The striping along the bottom of the jersey matches the team's 1967-68 sweater, the club's first on-ice NHL season, and a purple embellishment within the neck exists and contains two gold crowns to reflect the two Stanley Cup Championships while also paying homage to the club's historic purple and gold years.
To celebrate the new jersey launch, there will be two special events today at the Team LA Store and Impact Sports Bar & Grill.
First, the jerseys will be available at 20 percent off at the Team LA Store Jersey Release event at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Plus, additional items will be available to fans at up to 20 percent off and fans who purchase any product that day will receive complimentary two-hour parking.
Later in the day, there will be a Silver Jersey Celebration Watch Party at Impact Sports Bar & Grill inside STAPLES Center as the Kings take on the Chicago Blackhawks. Doors open for the Watch Party at 4:30 p.m. and the game begins at 5:30 p.m.
Four-hour complimentary parking is available for those fans attending the Watch Party.
In addition to the jersey being available in store, the Team LA merchandise truck will be at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the Silver Jersey is available online at the Team LA Store and Shop.NHL.com.
