LOS ANGELES – The Kings-Detroit Red Wings game on Sunday, Oct. 14, will be brought to Kings fans by Columbia Pictures' 30 Days of Night, it was announced Thursday by Kings President of Business Operations Luc Robitaille. 30 Days of Night is in theater starting Friday, Oct. 19.
“We made a huge investment this summer in a new on-ice projection system for our games at STAPLES Center and a lot of great entertainment divisions like Columbia are eager and excited to promote their new projects on it,” said Robitaille. “Our fans saw the new system for the first time on Opening Night and we received great feedback on it. Now they will see the 30 Days of Night trailer on it this Sunday.”
As part of the Kings-Red Wings game brought to you by Columbia Pictures 30 Days of Night, one lucky fan at intermission will have the opportunity to win two tickets to the movie’s red carpet premier.
