LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings have re-signed left wing Jeff Giuliano to a one-year contract, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced Friday. Per club policy, terms of the agreement were not announced.
Giuliano, 28, played in 35 games this season for the Manchester Monarchs, the Kings’ American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, and had 14 points (4-10=14), a plus-10 rating and 27 penalty minutes. In addition, he recorded six points (3-3=6) and 12 penalty minutes in 16 post-season games for the Monarchs.
A 5-9, 205-pound native of Nashua, New Hampshire, Giuliano made his NHL debut with the Kings on November 5, 2005, and in 48 NHL games – all with the Kings – he has seven points (3-4=7) and 26 penalty minutes.
