Kings captain and all-star Dustin Brown leads the Kings (second in the NHL) with 168 hits. Last season he led the NHL with 311 hits. Brown is donating $50 for every hit this season to KaBOOM! DOUGHTY DOING IT WELL
Drew Doughty, the second overall pick in last summer’s draft, leads all rookies (and the Kings) with 23:40 average time-on-ice. He has played at least 20 minutes in 41 of 45 games this season (25-plus minutes in 20 games and a season-high 29:04 Nov. 22 vs. Colorado).
