Kings Announce Radio Change

by Staff Writer / Los Angeles Kings
The Kings have made two changes to their Radio broadcast schedule:

The game on Jan. 9 vs. the St. Louis Blues at STAPLES Center (7:30 p.m. start) will now be broadcast on 1260 KGIL (changed from KTLK AM 1150).

The game on Jan. 16 vs. the Boston Bruins at STAPLES Center (1 p.m. start) will now be broadcast on 1260 KGIL (changed from KTLK AM 1150).

One of the National Hockey League’s most extensive and established radio networks, the Kings Radio Network - spearheaded by flagship radio station KTLK AM 1150 (a Clear Channel Communications property) - takes exciting Kings action to the outer reaches of Southern California and beyond. The Kings are in the fourth season of a partnership with KTLK AM 1150 (a Clear Channel Communications property) to serve as the club’s flagship station. Preseason, regular and post-season games can be heard on the Kings flagship with radio play-by-play announcer Nick Nickson, in his 29th season with the organization and his 20th consecutive season as the radio "Voice of the Kings," and radio commentator and former Kings forward Daryl Evans, who is set for his 11th season as Nickson’s partner on KTLK AM 1150, calling the action. Some affiliates may not carry all games (contact your local listing and/or affiliate for their broadcast schedule), and some games on AM 1150 may conflict.
