LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings have activated right wing George Parros from the injured reserve list, Kings President, Hockey Operations/General Manager Dave Taylor announced today.

Parros, 25, was placed on the injured reserve list with a right ankle sprain on November 30 (retroactive to November 18) after suffering the injury on November 17 in a game against Vancouver. The 6-5, 232-pound native of Washington, Pennsylvania, has missed the club's last 15 games with the injury.

Selected by the Kings in the eighth-round (222nd overall) of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft, Parros has four points (1-3=4) and 47 penalty minutes in 20 games with the Kings this season, his first in the NHL.

The Kings (21-13-1, 43 points, tied for first place in the Pacific Division) continue a three-game road trip tonight in Calgary at 6 p.m. (PT). The game will be broadcast on ESPN Radio 710-KPSN and along the Kings Radio Network.
